We’re excited that you’ve chosen to join us for the 2026 Cadet International Camporee! Please select the appropriate registration form below.
Canadian Cadets/Counselors/Staff
United States Cadets/Counselors/Staff
Cadets, Jr. Counselors, and Counselors will need to submit their Camporee Certification form to the Corps Office for their registration to be approved.
NOTE about signatures:
Cadets and Junior Counselors: You will need a signature from your parent or legal guardian. Ideally, that’s the person filling out your registration, so hopefully that’s not a problem.
Counselors: You will need signatures from another counselor, a church council member, and a Cadet council board member.
Staff: You will need signatures from a Cadet counselor and a church council member.
Online forms cannot be saved or returned, so we advise you to register together at church or a similar place, so the necessary people can be there to sign.
If that is not possible, enter the applicable names. Once you process your registration, you can print off the PDF and have them sign it.
If you plan on paying by check or money order, please make payable to “Cadet Camporee 2026” and send to the Corps Office at the address below.
Refund Policy
$100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at registration
Until May 15: Full refund – $100 deposit
Until July 1: 50% refund – $100 deposit
After July 1: No refunds
